Dr. Arthur T. Shack Chapter

Order of Pythagorans


On a rainy Saturday morning of October 27, 2007, at 10:00 am, twelve Masonic Brothers held a meeting at King David Lodge No. 15, located in Trenton, New Jersey. And it was at this meeting it would be decided upon that King David Lodge No. 15 F. & A. M., PHA would form an Order of Pythagorans Chapter. It was at this meeting that the twelve Masonic Brothers present would receive their Pythagoran Degree to form a Chapter of Pythagorans for King David Lodge No. 15.

It was at this meeting that it was decided by the brothers present that this Chapter of Pythagorans would be named after and bear the name of the late Dr. Arthur T. Shack, Past Master of King David Lodge No. 15 and Past Imperial Potentate of the A.E.A.O.N.M.S. Therefore, let it be known that this chapter of Pythagorans will be named and known as the,

The Dr. Arthur T. Shack Chapter, Order of Pythagorans was formed under the administration of Worshipful Master Wilford Y. Smith (2007-2008) of King David Lodge No. 15.


Brother Larry D. Cotton was appointed the first Chairman of the Dr. Arthur T. Shack Chapter,
Order of Pythagorans. Brother Howard B. White was appointed as the first Co-Chairman. 


The Order of Pythagorans Degree was administered to these twelve brothers by RW George Earley 33º, State Chairman, Order of Pythagorans, Acacia Lodge No. 23 and Brother Yusef Green Tyrian Lodge No. 34.
